The Ditec training program continues

Ditec relaunches its commitment to supporting its customers via its technical training program.

Training our installation partners is an important focus that we have never lost sight of – this is why we invest in these meetings to provide updates and high-level training.
All of this is provided with the right balance between theory and practice: active participation is fundamental, which is why numbers are kept low to guarantee a better quality of service.

On June 26th and 27th there was a two-day technical training session in Carlisle, at the headquarters of our main UK dealer, Black Box (awarded in 2015 as Best Distributor of the Year).
In a meeting room equipped with all the audiovisual and commercial tools necessary for the purpose, many product innovations were presented.

The training was a success and fully captured the attention of all participants. The "FAQs and technical solutions" session was very much appreciated, definitively clarifying many doubts of the installers; during the meeting a number of important remarks was collected, which will be useful for the continuous improvement of Ditec products. They have been submitted to the relevant departments for a careful evaluation.
