Ditec supports its partners ... even in India!!

India, Jaipur, the Pink City that is the capital of the state of Rajasthan and the headquarters of our distributor Sidharth Shutters & Automation (Sidharth Steels & Glass Industries), which alongside Ditec held two technical training days at the splendid Gold Palace & Resorts Hotel to present its latest products in gate automation systems and to re-present the services launched on the market last year.

Training our installation partners is an important focus that we have never lost sight of – it is for this reason that we invest in meetings to provide updates and high-level training aiming to:

• offer advice on how to best install the products;
• develop the consulting and automatic-entrance maintenance service;
• ensure that customers are kept up-to-date regarding the Italian and European regulatory situation.

All of this is provided with the right balance between theory and practice.

The Ditec team focused on the technical developments in:

• the performance of actuators for Ditec PWR swing gates, Ditec ION sliding gates and NeoS Superfast sliding gates
• the innovative characteristics of the new range of LCU control panels for swing gates
• the new range of ZEN radio controls and ZEN MANAGER and ZEN PAD management systems
• the new line of AX accessories
• the Ditec Qik automatic barriers

The second day was divided into an FAQ session and the presentation of the new Ditec DAS107PLUS automation for sliding doors, which is also receiving a lot of interest in India.

The training was a success and captured the full attention of all those present, who received a certificate of participation at the end of the event.

In 2018, Ditec’s technical-commercial training programme involved around 300 people, including; distributors, technicians, installation teams, building managers and internal personnel, who attended Ditec Italy’s various training activities.
